Enough of the intro, its time to get down to business and talk best classes for SnD. We have compiled the best classes for Search and Destroy based on a few different factors.
In each class, we take into consideration the aim, objective, and strategy of the gameplay you wish to carry out. Some classes are for being aggressive while others are for laying back and defending. We also have one for going ninja stealth mode.
Best SnD Class Setups & Loadouts
Here are the 5 best Search and Destroy classes in Modern Warfare. Each of these classes has a different gameplan in mind. Each class is based upon a weapon. For example, we have an AR class, SMG class, Shotgun class, etc.
SnD Class 1 – M4A1 Rush Router
This class is perfect for going aggressive and rushing your opponent. Attach the following to the M4A1:
- FSS 11.5 Commando Barrel
- G.I. Mini Reflex
- Commando Foregrip
- Stippled Grip Tape
- FMJ
This gunsmith set up is made to speed up crucial elements of the M4A1 such as ADS speed and Sprint to Fire time. The FSS 11.5 Barrel combined with the Stippled Grip tape makes the ADS speed lightening fast. We prefer the G.I. Mini Reflex here. However, you can change this as you see fit.
The remainder of this class is geared towards speed and aggression. The .357 as secondary is great in close-quarter combat. It’s even more powerful with Snakeshot ammo and Akimbo. E.O.D., Ghost, and Shrapnel is a really powerful combination in Search and Destroy.
E.O.D protects you from nades and Claymores. Ghost is very effective in the later rounds when an opponent may have a UAV. Finally, Shrapnel is so underrated. Two nades instead of one is a game-changer. Especially if you know how to use them.
SnD Class 2 – MP5 Noob Hunter
The second SnD class is also geared towards aggression and speed. This time the MP5 comes attached with everything to enhance its speed:
- Subsonic Integral Suppressor
- FSS Close Quarter Stock
- Commando Foregrip
- 45 Round Mags
- Stippled Grip Tape
The attachments on the MP5 keep in mind speed and more speed. These attachments are the best combination to ensure maximum sprint out time and ADS speed. The 45 Round Mags are crucial to counter the weapons small mag. Especially since the fire rate is quite high.
The rest of the MP5 class makes it east to stay fast and aggressive. The M19 as secondary is fast firing in case you need to pull it out last second. Double Time is a great perk when rushing. Make sure you are using it properly (double-tap the sprint button and hold down).
Restock and Shrapnel combined is lethal when you’re stuck on your own in those longer rounds. 30 seconds is all you need to get back your two nades and Stun grenade. It ain’t a bad deal!
SnD Class 3 – AS VAL Slayer
The AS VAL with 30 round mags slays on the battlefield. It’s a perfect gun for Search players that prefer to run and gun. Attach the following onto the weapon.
- VLK 200mm Osa
- 5mW Laser
- Ranger Foregrip
- 30 Round Mags
- Stippled Grip Tape
The attachments on this weapon are to once again speed up the weapons range, ADS, and Sprint out times. These 3 elements are crucial in SnD where a split second can cost your life. The VLK barrel turns the VAL into a beast at longe range.
The rest of the VAL Slayer class takes into consideration speed and reconnaissance. The Renetti Dual Wield as a secondary is like having two SMGs on your hip.
Perks used in this class are Double Time, Ghost, and Tracker. Tracker is a great perk in SnD because it gives you the heads up in case you missed a nearby enemy.
The C4 and Stun combo are best used together. Quickly stun a flank route and if you see the hit markers, chuck your C4 down and KABOOM.
SnD Class 4 – FAL 1 Shot Machine
This FAL class excels in long-range to medium-range combat. Kit the FAL out with the following attachments:
- 18” Ultralight Barrel
- GI Mini Reflex
- Commando Foregrip
- Stippled Grip Tape
- Recon
These attachments are meant to load the FAL out with speed and quickness. The Ultralight Barrel combined with the Commando Foregrip and Stippled Grip Tape really speed up the weapons ADS and Sprint to Fire times.
In terms of class setup, this class caters to a more laid back approach. Possibly in those later rounds where you gotta go on the defensive. The 1911 as secondary is fast firing and reliable.
E.O.D., Ghost, and Shrapnel are a combination we saw in the M4A1 class. It’s very effective in maximizing explosive defense and attack. The best thing about it is the double nade. Use your Flash grenade to check around corners or before running into rooms.
SnD Class 5 – AX-50 Quickscoper
The final SnD class is the AX-50 quickscoper class. This class is actually set up to counter snipers. We explain why below. Load the following attachments onto the AX-50:
- 17” Factory Barrel
- Merc Thermal Optic
- Singuard Assasin Stock
- Stippled Grip Tape
- Recon
This gunsmith combination is to maximize the AX-50’s mobility. The goal is to get to the Sniper perch the quickest and take out that annoying sniper first.
The remainder of the quickscoping class is set up so you don’t need to use the sniper all the time. Remember this class should be pulled out if there is an annoying sniper taking out your teammates.
This is why Cold Blooded, the Smoke Grenade, and the Thermal Optic are a deadly combo. Next time, chuck your smoke grenade, then aim over at the enemy sniper. Then use your Thermal Optic to see through the smoke and swiftly take out the blinded sniper.
Moving to the secondary, the 725 is perfect for close-range combat or if you run out of rounds in your sniper. Amped will help you switch to it much quicker.
Finally, don’t forget your nade!
