Are you wondering what the best attachments are for the X16, 1911, .357, M19, and .50GS in Modern Warfare? This guide will break down each pistol in the game.

We will review all the pistols in Modern Warfare discussing weapon statistics such as damage, time to kill and rate of fire. 

Pistols have 4 different damage ranges in Modern Warfare. They are split into 4 areas of the body. The head, upper chest, lower chest and legs. Each pistol’s damage ranges are broken down below.

Stats and Best Attachments for the X16

The X16 is a semi-automatic pistol in Modern Warfare. It is based on the Glock. An Austrian made pistol used by military organizations around the world.

Damage 

  • Head: 72-48
  • Upper Chest: 42-28
  • Lower Chest: 36-24
  • Legs: 33-22

Based on the statistics above. Generally, it will take about 3-4 shots to kill with the X16.

  • Rate of Fire: 280 RPM
  • Time to Kill: Slow

Moreover, its recoil can be unpredictable making it difficult to land shots. It also has a rather low magazine size. These traits along with its relatively low time to kill make it an average tier pistol.

The best attachments for the X16 in Modern Warfare are the Light Trigger and Extended Mags. The Light Trigger increases the rate of fire to 350 RPM. The Extended Mags will negate the low mag size. These two attachments make the weapon a lot more viable.

Stats and Best Attachments for the 1911

The 1911 is a semi-automatic pistol in Modern Warfare. It is based on the Colt 1911 which is manufactured by Colt Manufacturing Company.

The 1911 has the same damage stats as the X16 above. However, it has a much better range at 30% longer.

Based on the statistics mentioned above. The 1911 will take about 3 shots to kill on average.

The 1911 is a much more viable weapon than the X16. It performs much better over range and its recoil is easier to control. However, it also has a low magazine size.

The recommended attachments for the 1911 in Modern Warfare are the Light Trigger and Extended Mag. The Light Trigger increases the weapon’s rate of fire from 270 to 340 RPM. Extended Mags is also essential to boost the weapons abysmal clip size. 

Stats and Best Attachments for the .357

The .357 is a revolver cartridge magnum in Modern Warfare. It is based on the .357 Magnum made by Smith and Wesson and Winchester.

Damage

  • Head: 100-76
  • Upper Chest: 77-51
  • Lower Chest: 73-49
  • Legs: 70-22

Based on these damage statistics the .357 kills in 2 shots. This means it has a very high damage range.

  • Rate of Fire: 116 RPM
  • Time to Kill: Fast

The .357 is a great weapon with high damage and decent range. However, it does require the shooter to have a great aim.

The best attachments for the .357 are Light Trigger and Snakeshot ammo. Light Trigger increases the rate of fire to 142RPM. The Snakeshot ammo takes a while to unlock. However, grinding it out is worth it. It essentially turns the .357 into the Executioner from Black Ops 2.

The M19 is a semi-automatic pistol in Modern Warfare. It is most likely based on the M17 or M18 pistols manufactured by Sig Sauer Inc for the United States Military.

  • Head: 61-48
  • Upper Chest: 36-28
  • Lower Chest: 30-24
  • Legs: 28-22

Based on the weapons stats above. The M19 shots to kill is between 4 to 5 shots on average. This makes the M19 the slowest killing pistol in the game

It is most certainly the worst pistol in the game based on damage and range. The only thing it has going for it is a large magazine size at 17 rounds per mag. It certainly needs it to compensate for the terrible damage and range.

The best attachment for the M19 is the Light Trigger. The Light Trigger boosts the weapon’s rate of fire from 300 RPM to 400RPM. Giving it the fastest rate of fire in the pistol class.

Stats and Best Attachments for the .50GS

The .50GS is a semi-automatic pistol in Modern Warfare. It is based on the 50 Caliber Desert Eagle handgun. Also known as the Deagle.

The .50GS has the highest damage and is the most reliable pistol in the game. However, as with the .357 Magnum. It requires players to have a good aim. Missing 1 or 2 shots will most likely lead to your demise.

  • Upper Chest: 77-49
  • Lower Chest: 77-45
  • Legs: 70-45

On the damage ranges above. The .50GS will kill in between 1 to 3 shots on average.

  • Time to Kill: Fast

The best attachments for the .50GS are the Light Trigger and Extended Mags. Light Trigger increases the rate of fire to 220RPM.

Another useful attachment is the extended magazine to counter the pistols 7 round mag size. Added bullets make it a great weapon for spamming body shots.
