The 2018 Ferrari FXX-K Evo is a high-performance track-only car that was unveiled in November 2017. The FXX-K Evo stands as the latest iteration of the Ferrari FXX program, which began in 2005 with the introduction of the Ferrari FXX.
This limited-edition track car was part of an exclusive client-test program conducted by Ferrari, which allowed a select group of passionate drivers to experience the very best in performance and handling.
The Ferrari FXX-K Evo features an extensively redesigned aerodynamic package that includes a new front bumper with larger air intakes and splitter, a flat underbody, a rear diffuser, rear wing, and more.
Other changes include the addition of four movable flaps on the underbody and adjustable wings at both ends of the car. These modifications improve downforce by 50%, offering greater stability at higher speeds.
In terms of mechanicals, the 6.3L V12 engine churns out an impressive 1036 hp (773 kW). It is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, which enables seamless gear shifts.
The FXX-K Evo also features a sophisticated traction control system, carbon ceramic brakes, and an adjustable suspension setup.
